Processing Time

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, please keep in mind this DOES NOT include shipping time!


Items can not be added to order after order is placed. We try our hardest to get packages out ASAP, and when other customers are checking out at drop times it can mess with inventory.

USPS is experiencing major delays with shipping. In order to get packages in transit, we try our hardest to get things out the next business day. If your packages says "arriving late" we suggest to sign up for text/email alerts. You will be notified when your package moves again in the system.

Canada orders will take longer to get to you since they have to go through the border. Please keep this in mind when shopping!

If package is marked as delivered and is not, this is another common issue with the post office. In most cases the package does arrive in a few days. Super frustrating, but before I can file a claim with Route, it is best to wait it out a few days.

We are not responsible for orders placed with the incorrect mailing address. Please make sure your address is correct before submitting order! **Please note we are not responsible for the shipping costs to resend a package with correct address.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to my PO BOX will receive an email to confirm shipping address. You will be responsible for paying to re-ship items. If there is no response within 14 days, order will be restocked for a 10% restocking fee. Keep in mind you will not be refunded for the original shipping cost.


Due to the nature of the product, and COVID 19, we are not able to accept returns.

Canceling Orders

We try our hardest to get orders in transit within one business day. Due to this, we can not cancel orders. If you have any questions, please email us before ordering.
